Together, the duo includes a combination of:
• Vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, iron, iodine, zinc, magnesium and calcium
• Choline
• Botanical extracts including lemon balm, pumpkin seed, amla and bamboo extract (source of silica)
• Amino acids including L-lysine, L-methionine and L-cysteine
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)
• Trace elements including copper and selenium

Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).
Other ingredients: anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
