How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.

Do you offer tracked delivery?

Absolutely. All orders are sent using a tracked service. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may be able to help. Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support before returning an item so we can guide you through the process.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos where possible, and we’ll resolve this promptly.
